My buddy got a Makarov and he needs a firing pin and mag. Does anyone know where to get these? Also, he sent me these pics so I didn't hold it. It's rusty from the pics. Is there any potential problems he should look out for?

Russian, nice. Mak parts are everywhere, call around to gun shops and also gun shows, etc. looks like an alloy frame. I'd say he needs to scrub it real good( green cleaner) and rub it down with some oil. Has he had it apart?

IJ70 AH Mags are not cheap. 10 round double stack. Watch ebay. They can go for up to $80. I got lucky and picked up two for $100 from a gun shop out of Montgomery.

Lots of potential. I have CZ82s and really like how they fit my hand. For parts: Numrich.com, GunPartsWarehouse.com, Buymilsurp.com, makarov.com, even Gunbroker. A little time online should bring some results.
