Nope. No 715. I have the 15-22 rifle, love it. Just like the ar15. Takedown, controls etc. Just no buffer/spring. And it cycles 42gr subs.

Only downside is the mags, last time I looked were $35.... wth? But its ok, I'm a horder! When I buy a rifle/pistol I buy a pile of mags, lesson learned. See 1994- 4 to shoot with, 4 to save.

And they lived to tell about it because they were hauling a lot. Many teams had already disappeared by that time. People around here tend to forget that we live in a similar environment. You step 10 feet off of the mowed right-of-way in many places out in the county and its "Good Morning Vietnam!" and real quick like. I wish I could reprint the whole article here. It was a great read. Its in a mid 80's journal that predates the internet. I love the creek bottoms

A few people I know loaded up.

I have the carbine version of the M&P 15-22 it is very reliable with most any cheap bulk ammo. The mags are very well made and super easy to load. I imagine the pistol version will be equally reliable. How long is the barrel on the pistol version?
