    I’m looking for a scooter to scoot around town. I’m 250 pounds and don’t want to to going 3mph lol looking to trade for firearms.

    Consider a street legal golf cart. Or maybe an electric three wheeler bicycle? If you have money, you could do an electric motorcycle with a trike conversion or a sidecar. If this community you're in is all private property, then you wouldn't need a motorcycle license
