Me and the wife have been pre approved through a lender, have have searched all the sites high, and low, but haven't found anything yet.
If you know of anyone selling something that's not a 200,000$ trailer/crack house.

Yeah I know we've been looking for months .
We are flexible on location somewhat.
We both work in Pensacola so say within a 30-45 min drive.
Not opposed to Harold, baker, etc.. definitely would like to be out of Pensacola.

If I was in that market right now I would buy as close to downtown Pensacola as possible.

Yep tough time for buying. Im almost done fixing one up in mayfair to sell. Last week i looked on zillow. Mayfair starting at 140,000. Almost done with one on navy that can be used as a home or a business

My daughter is going to be selling hers after the first of the year. It’s in a nice neighborhood in Pace.
I believe she said the price will be $385k.
I honestly expect it to sell the first day on the market for more than asking price.

Maybe I can help you out. I rehab and flip houses so am always looking for homes. I'm also a Realtor for many years, just took a quick look in the MLS and found 46 houses currently on the market priced between $175,000 and $200,000. Possibly you've done something like this already but if not let me know and I'll send you the full list.
