back in the 80s when i was stationed at 29 palms ca. a buddy and i went to vegas for the soldier of fortune convention. we bought a kit to turn two ruger 10/22s into a pintle mounted hand-cranked(totally legal) 2 barrel machine gun. mounted it in the back of an old four runner. we would tear ass thru the desert walking rounds up on jack rabbits. surely something like that is still for sale somewhere. i say look for something like that.
Holy crap I remember when those came out. Always thought that would be a blast. Sounds like it was.

Would be fun but just can't get past the $450 for the spade grip. Dang it.
If it makes ya feel better, just know there's someone out there in your same boat. We'll sorta.. he has a spade grip and wished he had a stock. So.. he just made one lol. Maybe you can trade? ;-)

I know it's cheesy but yeah I mentioned to him the little hand crank wheels I've seen. They're slow when shouldered but I bet they'll whiz in a tripod. I may get one myself and use the deathgrip when the zombies cometh lol. That way if others have the idea for a mounted gun setup they won't "have" to get the spade and be able to not have to remove the stock too. I'd have to rig up a way to QD it tho as I wouldn't want it to remain on the trigger housing fulltime. Seems like a viable cheapo alternative tho for others reading who wanna tinker with the idea. You can get on YouTube and watch Ole Jerry Micolek use it. It likely slowed him down tho tbh lol. But he's a walking talking MG tho lol
