    You don't want to be on any ones list as someone that didn't obey the law. Once you get onto a government sh*t list you are on it for life. Nothing is worth that. IMO

    I’ve called ATF a couple of times concerning this subject before proceeding.
    The sale of handguns is more restricted than long guns.
    A few years ago I bought a rifle from a guy in Foley and met him at a gun shop
    over there to do the transfer.
    I sold a handgun to a guy in Fairhope and had to have that indoor shooting range on Hwy 29 mail it to his FFL. They were very reasonable.
