$80 single stage that's designed to be a really nice "duty" trigger compared to a $200 two stage... not the best comparison.I bought a 2 stage Geissele for an AR several years ago for about $225. This year I acquired another AR and spent about $100 on the LaRue single stage flat blade after reading all the rave reviews. I guess I got a bad copy and wish I spent the extra $100 on another Geissele. The Geissele breaks crisply like a good trigger should but the LaRue has a lot of creep in it and feels mushy. I really don't understand the hype unless the buyers have never used a top notch trigger.
Just picked up a LaRue for $84 shipped to see what the fuss is aboot. Only ever shot milspec so if I notice a difference I’ll consider myself somewhat of an aristocrat.

It's a night and day difference isn't it? I lucked out and my first trigger was a 2 stage in my rock river. I've owned 2 mil specs, and hated them. They were immediately swapped with a geissele and larue. I'll never own anything else. For the money, it's one of the best upgrades you can do on an ar.As an aristocrat, Allow myself to quote...myself. Holy moly what a difference from milspec! I doubt I’ll ever drop the extra coin to find out if Mr. G’s trigger feels better, but if it does, I bet it’s beyond my ability to tell the difference. I’m sold on the LaRue.

Where did you get the $84 trigger?
