If you find longer screws please share where. I need a few sets myself as I have both styles you have tried
Here's the screws, had to go with the longer ones. M4x12. Presses flat against the poly rail, also hits the curve in the mount, so effectively its locked with another 1/4 turn. Have to dump + 100 rds to make sure it will stay without loctight. Might put some blue on it anyway.. YMMV. *** Ace hardware @TK5o

Picked this up. Laser light for night time shooting. Adjustable. Diameter and up, down, left, right. Couldn't get a pic thru the red dot. This is the pistol model, no where near the power of the full size models.
Forgot to mention, you can see this in the daylight too. Just waited for dark, dramatic effect, lol.

Got it fixed and re sighted. Mount held with the mod. Set the laser dead on at 25 yards. Now between the red dot and the green laser I have a range finder of sorts. The buffer makes the recoil light enough for rapid fire and staying on target. Omni directional bird cage to keep anything out of the barrel. No issues with the sub2000, charge it and let her rip. Very nice!!!

Got a better fore grip. Almost color matched. Put the np3 laser back on after photo shoot. Grip is sturdy. Maybe should have gotten the black one.

There are some that claim since keltec makes the sub2000 that it is not reliable. It seems you have a good opinion of it. How well does it work unsuppressed?
I notice that most of the people that talk down the Sub-2000 have never actually owned one. I will admit the first gen left a lot to be desired, but Gen 2 is good to go.

We had one, and the family fought over it at the range. Now we have 3.

Is there one buffer tube cover that's better than the next or just what logo you can stand?

I'll also be shooting mine suppressed are there any must haves?

On one of mine, I used a piece of mole skin for the buffer tube pad. Cut to fit. Peel and stick.
On another I used a foam pad I sourced from an old broom. Works just fine.
