    Didnt get a pic of the porkchops, gravy, rice, and purple hull peas. I also finally broke out the jerky cannon and double ground 4 lbs of deer. Ended up with 3/4 of a gallon bag. My daughter says its awesome.

    I made a shrimp and crawfish sauce piquant with fresh tomatoes for lunch. Not eating it for dinner because i let myself run out of nexium 2 days ago..

    Fried up a bunch of big silver mullet backbones from this morning, bbq beans, and slaw. Im stuffed. Breakfast will be cheese grits and fried mullet! Have them soaking in buttermilk and old bay hot sauce.

    Wife made some yaki (fried) mandu (dumplings) the other night. We added kimchee and a soy, sesame oil, garlic, and toasted sesame seed dip made la late dinner. I ate a LOT of them, she made the best pork fried dumplings I have ever tasted. She kept wanting to give some to neighbors, and I vetoed every time, LOL
