Your no culinary critic Bill, not with only three post of your handiwork in the arena. You are a self-appointed expert, but each to their own. My dish is mine; and it never comes out the same as I am always experimenting. It will thicken as it cooks and is reheated. The wife approved, and her approval counts!
Been craving it since reading that it was one of the once popular foods that have fallen out of favor. Still tasty. Swedish style meatballs over egg noodles with cheese.
