I have been looking at different online auction sites for these shotguns. Have they really increased that much in value? I do understand these auctions are a little misleading on real world values, but they seem to be popular again.I have 3 myself all 12 ga and one is the deerslayer slug gun.

They somewhat have. As a whole they generally sell for $200 to $400 and up for rarer models. The Deerslayer and Featherlight hunting models are the most common. original DSPS and M&P models are less common. I've owned two Ithacas through the years and they're my favorite old school shotgun.

I bought one a few years back for $125, I wouldn't sell it now for $300. Great little gun.
