Besides the standard Remington 870 or Mossberg 500/590 keep an eye out for the older Winchester 1200 or 1300 which is an even better action than the previous mentioned ones! Ithaca Mod 37 is also a keeper if you can find one!

I’ll take a look at that side by side if you want
Im in no rush to sell it, but If someone is needing a home defense shotgun... Its the first shotgun I got when I moved to Pensacola. :)

Nothing a cool as a Benelli, but its simple and it works.

What I have is not a shockwave but it has some nice extras on it. Will send some pics by PM and if you are interested, we will talk

There are a few places online that have shockwaves in stock. I don't think you'll find one used, cheaper in the current times.

I have messaged several. Still in the market. Thanks
I'd seriously consider Shovelheads 870. When I got off of active duty an 870 was my first long arm I bought. I stood ammo supply point guard with an 870 on Camp Pendleton and I still have my 870 today. The 870 has been combat tested "in every clime and place where we could take a gun" and that includes Vietnamese jungle... which if you step 5 feet off of the right of way on any road in the county is exactly the same kind of terrain we have around here. Hell, the jungle warfare training school is like 5 minutes from my buddy Charles's front door. With my tube extension, side saddle carrier and elastic stock sleeve I can carry a whole box of buck shot on the gun, and then it's just grab it and go
