Installing a Romeo 0 on a Sig P365

Hey Guys,
First time installing pistol optics, and do not have a rear site slide. Anyone have advice on how to remove, or a slide that could give me a hand? I need to remove to install an outer impact mount. Thanks!

Huge thanks to Garrett (G-rat) for the help pulling the sight and installing the optic! Also thanks to Kduly for the advice. I think this will be a good test set up before getting my slide milled.
