Yeah I’m not sure how removing something from sugar and adding chlorine to it makes it better for you. It actually makes it where your body can’t absorb it but causes several side effects. It’s sweetened poison.

I don't eat many sweets, nor drink alcohol or soda, I try to limit my sweets to fresh fruit.

I keep five pound of sugar around it is really good for filling hummingbird feeders. I do not use it at all little honey in my coffee that is it.
Most foods with sugar in them are from sugar beets not cane sugar.
