I'm the oldest of 6 siblings. In an attempt to mitigate weight gain during her 2nd pregnancy, my mom replaced all the sugar in our home with
Saccharin. My brother was born with a cleft lip and severe autism. I refused to eat it, and still prefer unsweetened cereal.

Gotta read the ingredients, vote with your wallet and spread the word. Until the poison pushers take a hit in their bank account they'll just keep pushing poison. Mankind is better off forgetting about ALL things sugary, fake or not, including alcohol. But it'll never happen. Americans are too rich for their own good

I keep five pound of sugar around it is really good for filling hummingbird feeders. I do not use it at all little honey in my coffee that is it.
Most foods with sugar in them are from sugar beets not cane sugar.

    And there's always honey!
I don't eat many sweets, nor drink alcohol or soda, I try to limit my sweets to fresh fruit.
My wife got me mixing goat milk and honey in my coffee instead of creamer. It's actually pretty good and puts a lot fewer chemicals in me.

Rich? Some are that pay to fuel the unrest. The ones we hear about just have too much time on their hands because they are not supporting themselves. If they were engaged in real labor to make ends meet, there would be a difference outcome.

And more hair on your chest. :) lol Is it a local goat and local honey?
    Of course! :)

Local being within 45 miles for the milk. Its getting harder to find. :(

The honey is a bit easier.
