even if its not required.... hunter orange is proven a life protector. seems that folks would learn by now.

i'm glad my neighbors enforce this on their property that borders my land.

There was a case like that up in central Alabama years ago. Dude "accidentally" shot his best friend. It took quite a few months but the cops finally figured out that the "best friend" was banging the shooter's wife. I hope I don't have to point out the moral of this story.

Hmm, how close do you have to be with buck shot to kill? Seems to me with Buck shot you'd have to be fairly close and should be able to fairly easily distinguish between a 2 legged man and a 4 legged deer. Sounds fishy to me. My condolences to the families involved.

I was going to ask if the moral to John's story was "Don't go hunting with the husband of the chick you're banging"?

Not that I have to worry about that anymore ...:censored::censored::censored:

Most hunting accidents are easily explained, Novice hunters, Drugs & Booze. after sitting intensely watching every bush, every movement and after a few hours and a few hits of the wacky or bottle, everything looks like a deer.
