I am curious why you have your walls wrapped in Tyvek but nothing on your ceiling? The air in the attic is the same humidity, although possibly different temp, as the air outside.

Putting plastic, tyvek etc between your ceiling and attic can have unintended long term problems. For example if you have a small roof leak, most times you see a wet spot than can be easily dried or touched up once the leak is fixed. If there's a barrier it can hide this, even pool water overheard for a very long time. Then by the time you notice it, the ceiling falls... or there's a ton of structural rot and mold. All from a tiny leak. The reason why tyvek is used on walls is because it's supposed to block water droplets, but allow water "vapor" to travel thru it. It's supposed to be semi permeable in that regard.

Under your roofing material is a moisture barrier like tyvek. Your attic space must be able "breathe" or you will end up with condensation where the cool a|c air of living space meets hot humid air. That's what ridge vents, gable vents and mechanical fans are about.
