Holosun 507C X2 or Vortex Venom or Burris Fastfire III, Which one?

Looking to get an optic for my Glock 34 MOS. I like Vortex products because of the warranty, but also like Burris scopes. Does anybody have any experience with any of these optics? Pros and Cons?

I've had/have Delta Point Pro, Romeo 1, RMR, Fastfire3, Holosun 507c and 507K. The Fastfire3 and 507k are super small. It all depends on what your using it for. I like my DPP for competition, RMR and 507C for my carry. I have Romeo 1 on my X5. To answer your question, it all depends what is used for.

I suggest Holosun as the way to go. However to get a better idea, what is the main purpose of this gun going to be? I like Holosun due to their durability, battery life, window size, reticle options (the circle dot is good for new shooters), price, and warranty. I also like that they use the RMR footprint (great mos plate options if you don't want to use OEM plates.)

Battery life is shorter on the other brands you mentioned. They don't have the durability. The windows on the majority of other dots sit higher than the holosun creating an even greater height over bore difference.

From my experience with all the various red dots and slide optics, once you’ve had an optic with “shake awake” or MOTAC (motion activated) I wouldn’t go with anything else. Never have to worry about manually turning it on under pressure or duress... just pick it up and its on!

Holosun is a really well made product. Battery life and durability is fantastic. Between the 3 mentioned I chose Holosun also

bright. Reliable. Actually turns off in a reasonable amount of time
Also has a beautiful optic window
I bought the green version and I HIGHLY recommend green over red for daytime shooting

flat out bang for your buck, Holoson. i have 3 507c and a 507k. battery life is crazy good, solar backup, about 2/3 the price of an RMR and proven to be just as durable. a 507c rides on my gen 5 34 fwiw.
