The price would explain why there’s nothing on the shelves but it doesn’t explain why Walmart isn’t getting anything in. Academy is getting ammo in regularly, why isn’t Walmart?
I’m assuming they aren’t getting in anything because I haven’t seen anybody commenting about ammo they bought at Walmart.
I know they quit selling handgun and 5.56 ammo but they should still get in .22 and hunting rounds.2A

Walmart's trying to get out of the Ammo biz...
Since Sam died 2A's been slowly headed out the door there.

I’ve talked to a couple gun dealers who use the same distributor for guns and ammo as they do. They are not buying it from their main distributor. They are buying it outside the normal supply chain. They pay more so if you want it you’ve got to pay more. Capitalism or as granddad used to say if you want to dance you have to pay the fiddler. He was a fiddle player.

These aren’t normal times. They are supplying a need for those who didn’t adequately prepare.
