I've never held a SF but big hands like the 20.
Whats your reasoning to have a 21 if you're already sporting a 10mm?

I had a full size Gen2 G21 and I loved it. About 3 years ago I had her completely rebuilt by a Glock factory armorer at a Glock Day at Maine Military Supply, for free, using brand new parts off of brand new guns he brought from Glock for show+tell. He was super impressed somebody was still running a Gen 2. Then I went thru a phase where if anything I owned didn't have a light rail it was on the chopping block, and I got stupid and sold it cheap to a FFL. Live and learn....

Been wanting a double stack 45 acp. Just figured why not get the G21. I really like the 45 acp round. Got a roni to install it in and leave it. Curbing my urge to build a .45 ar.(hopefully) Transfer the G20 over to the Recover brace so I can use the 6 inch or 10 inch barrel easily without whittling on the roni. ( it's way too nice to whittle on)

Glock mags are interchangeable, unless you swapped the mag release for a lefty. In that case you need the Gen4/5 mags with the cuts on both sides.

As for the OP question, in my experience, a Gen 4 frame feels "smaller" than a Gen 3 SF, and both are definitely "smaller" than a Gen 3 standard. Regardless of G21 or G30.

For giggles, try a G30S. That's a G30SF frame with a "melted" G19-size slide in length And width. Accepts standard double-stack Glock 45ACP mags, too. A CCW favorite. Size of a G19, punch of a .45, capacity options of a G26 (10 rounds flush fit, or whatever higher capacity you want, but it will stick out the bottom of the grip), and shoots very comfortably with a "soft push" recoil.

Good info, thanks. Going to use it for the roni and don't know if it would accept that size glock.?? I'll have to take a closer look at the g21 Gen 4.
