On the model 70 , if you have a 30-06 case , see if it will chamber , as that was what a 30-06 was referred to in the early 1940's. But both rifles look to be not that old.

Don't think either rifles have been fired very much and I know they've been sitting in case in closet for sometime.

Parker and hale look to sell for 500-800 range - but there could be special models that go for more.

Model 70 go from 500-several thousand.

I would look for dedicated forums and post detail pictures and get their feedback.

They look to be in great condition so if they are something special then they could be worth a lot.

With a G prefix serial number the winchester is a post 64 rifle. Several possibilities if it is just marked 30 cal 308, 30-06, 300 win mag. The parker hale is a very well built commercial mauser, they were a premier rifle in their day. I have owned several and all were excellent shooters.

G series post 64 push feed Model 70's in Pristine Original condition? Refurbished, Not Original, much less. Don't get your hopes to high on that one. The Parker may be worth more than the Winchester. It shall depend on the buyer!

Not all buyers, but some buyers, even some buyers on here will offer you pennies on the dollar and be insulted when you don't take them up on their "offer". lol. Thankfully most men (and women) on here are decent buyers and will not do that to you. Do an "honest" evaluation of the gun, and price it accordinly.
