    Hello all,
First off i know everyone says, if it dont fit, get something else. However, I like the glock and chose for a few reasons. I have a Gen 5 G19 MOS now...and I have a small hand. The thickness isnt an issue, its the width from front to rear. Iv seen many people do hump reductions. My question is are there any shops in Pcola that do this ?

    Thanks

buy an after market to butcher and leave the original alone for resale and warranty
I looked for a gen5 polymer80...none exist yet...I dont want to go through FFL and get a new serialized lower registered to me. Im too pro 2nd Amendment to let the socialists know everything I own. I dont plan on reselling so as long as PFC does a good job, I should be happy.

The polymer 80 is only for Gen 3 Glock due to patent. They have some Gen 4 aftermarket frames (Nomad 9). The main difference between Gen 4 and 5 is the trigger kit and the back cover of the slide. I got my frame (Gen 4 Glock 19) stippled locally and it shave enough that it’s actually comfortable.

Main difference between gen 3,4 isn’t much besides the ambidextrous mag release and the recoil spring setup. Now gen 4 to 5 is more then most think the whole trigger setup is different, slide parts are different slides slightly longer rounded nose, there new barrel, ndlc coating, ambidextrous slide release, flared magwell. I run a gen 5 45 with a gen 4 19 slide that I milled to allow the ambidextrous slide release.

You can run a gen 4 nomad 9 frame with your gen 5 slide. Can also run gen 3,4,5 on a gen 5 frame or gen 4 frame. If you could think of it I’ve tried it gen 4 trigger setup on a gen 5? Done it. “Short slide” Glock 22 done it. Grip reductions, trigger modification, slide switches, etc. anything ive attempted it.

No longer in business TGD did a great grip reduction, undercut and stipple my gen 3 glockenspiel. I've also had similar work done by Precision Tactical and PFC. I was least happy with precision tactical because they didn't have the type of stipple I prefer. Very small stipple, similar to Gen 2 M&P.

There's a couple benefits with having @GlockDoc do it:
    1. He's an individual so, in theory, an individual would try hard to keep a good rep because its his name, instead of a company.
(Im not saying these companies listed are this way, this can be a general consensus.)
    2. His turn around time was 1-3 days instead of 1-4 weeks.
    3. He has better pricing.
    4. Also has been extremely responsive and his availability has been great.
    5. He's given advice and recommendations, shown multiple designs he offers, and also let me handle his guns with different designs to get a feel I liked.
So far, I've been very happy.
Again, I'm not saying that certain companies are this way, just sayin why I went with @GlockDoc .

Thanks yes my turn over rate was that but I picked it up at 7am yesterday and was done by 10:30 11 last night still just smoothing some things over waiting on the wife to let me out the house lol. But yes I offer a wide range of designs where each individual wants the frame chopped at and what I think needs to be done to give them the grip there needing. I even recommend prior to the work there is the nomad 9 gen 4 frame that can run a gen 5 slide. And if anyone wants to see a personal gun of mine Im more then happy to let them hold, look, or he’ll even shoot them. Let a guy run a whole box out of my 45 and 34 last weekend (my ammo btw). Did I make the sell no but it’s more of the enjoyment of watching others faces when they get there hands on my product.

Next time order yourself a metal Glock frame. Metal frames have always been thinner than polymer. They're too new on the market for me to have handled one personally, but I bet you'll like it
