Just joined a club and picked out my spot.

Looking for a couple of game cameras. Anyone have any recommendations on brands etc? Or selling some?

Also looking for recommendations on feeders and if anyone is selling any.

I use the spypoint link micro Verizon model cell cams with a hme 12v solar battery pack. Works great and pictures are on my phone in 2 minutes. Cameras run about $150 or less. Have had mine out for over a year with no problems and I have 5 of them now. Attached some day and night pics for reference. Service is around 15 or less a month for unlimited service I’m averaging 2000 pics month 09F4125F-3E7D-4449-8C6A-6153964EE37C.png 63BAD513-68D5-445F-8E71-7E5B6EBE3A53.png 3FCAD35E-A5C2-4098-AC41-C851E4EB0DBC.png D0466DCE-C809-4A5E-9FC4-79A3F48C5EEB.jpeg

Rebel Rider. They use to have an option in the app but now if they are stolen you call the company and they will ping the gps locations as long as the camera is on. Someone tried to take one of mine but I had pictures of them doing it instantly. Called a buddy and he ran out and scared them off. I use a 12v system with a AA back up. If my 12v fails camera will switch over to AA automatically. Only problem is if reported stolen and not found with in 48 hours that camera can never be activated again.

I started using cell cams for my hog traps. No more running out everyday to check them. Camera goes off I get a picture and go get the hogs.

I would NOT recommend anything Moultrie. I don’t think I’ve had a Moultrie camera or feeder that lasted 2 full seasons. I bought a CuddeBack 4 or 5 years ago and it has been great. But.... I would say it’s hard to beat having those images sent straight to your phone with the cameras mentioned earlier. Less human “contamination” in the area from checking SD cards all the time.

Probably need to make sure you had a cell signal in and around your hunting area if that’s a feature you are taking into consideration.

Stealth cams are great and take great quality pictures and videos. Some one some where out there is enjoying the last 4 I bought before switching over to cell cams. LOL. I will say the only draw back to the link micros is no video until you get into the higher dollar ones but on the flip side you can change all your settings rite from the app instantly.

You do not add them to your service. Spypoint gives you 100 free photos a month to your phone after that it depends. You can do month to month or annual. The most expensive plan is either $15 a month for unlimited month to month or $120 if you pay annually. The plans go down after that. 1000 photos $10 month to month or $7 a month if paid annually. 250 photos $5 month to month or $4 a month if paid annually. All the plans are bought through the app through spypoint. They also have scouting packages. Even if you only do the free 100 photos a month the pictures will still be saved onto your sd card like a normal camera.
