These were limited run and have since become collectors items, in addition to being a freaking beast of a rifle. The 716i DMR is a 16” cold hammer forged barrel matched with a short stroke gas piston system with a 2-position gas block. It features ambidextrous safety, charging handle and mag release and Sig’s fantastic 2-stage match trigger (right at 4 pounds). It’s a super cool “bronze” tone (very NOT FDE) that is unlike any other rifle I’ve seen.
The optic is the original color-matched Tango6 scope that was designed for this rifle. It’s a 3-18 power FFP MRAD scope with freaking amazing glass and a 34mm tube. I’ve taken bullseye shots with this at 600 yards suppressed with zero issues.
It runs like a tank, shoots and cycles everything I’ve run through it (no steel of course, yuck) and is deadly accurate. She’s a bit on the heavy side, but recoil is next to nothing.
Comes in the original Sig Sauer deluxe hard case with the following:
*Sig Sauer 716i G2 DMR 16” Rifle
*Sig Sauer Tango6 FFP 3-18 Scope
*Hogue Grip
*B5 Adjustable Stock
*Harris Bipod
*2 Metal 20-round Magazines
It’s an amazing rifle, and shoots incredible well with a suppressor. I’m unfortunately needing to free up some cash with car issues and such and need to move a couple expensive pieces to do so.
The MSRP on this rifle & scope package was right at 5K originally, and the scope in particular is nearly impossible to find in the matching color. I’m pretty firm on price and not looking for a bunch of random stuff for trades. I would consider a partial trade that included one of the following:
*Semi-auto tactical/duty shotgun (Binelli or Beretta)
*Interesting semi-auto 308 rifles
*Galil or Bren in .308 or x39
