I would do that depending on the condition of the Benchmade Auto Stryker, but I do not understand why you would want to trade a much more expensive knife for the OKC 3S.

All of the bayonets are designed to fit any 20" M16 and M4/M4A1 carbines with 14.5" barrels. They will also fit 16" mid-length carbines with a FSB.
