The psa ks47 bcg is a hybrid designed to function in both. I mean makes sense from a production standpoint to keep from having to set up two different tooling.

The issue was the AK mag is too wide for the AR upper

The X39,properly loaded,coming out of 20 inches of bbl,would be fairly hot and a great deer/hog thumper. --- SAWMAN

It will work with any standard AR15 lower and standard AR 7.62x39 or 6.8 spc mags if you dont overload them. and Yes its a nice round loaded right.
Previous statement was it will not work on a PSA KS47 lower because the take AK47 mags and are wider in magwell area.
