Long ago I wrote this html firearm inventory / tracker I keep on my desktop PC, tablet, and android phone. It's a handy quick reference for everything I own. If anyone here is even minimally comfortable with the html markup language it's easy to expand, update, and modify. It has no requirement for CSS, or java but needs a simple CSS script to enable the highlighted field, but it can be disabled. The underlined text in the Make column can be setup to display a pic of the gun to jog your memory and it's easily expandable if you have hundreds of entries to make :)

Here's a screenshot. I don't know how to distribute it, so PM me if you want a copy. Mods, delete this if it violates any of your T&C.

PS: You could use a spreadsheet instead of html, but a spreadsheet isn't as portable as html and this can be edited with any text editor just about anywhere.

Here's a guide for deciphering the "code" It will let you see how the fields align with the text

No... I had a "No net gain of guns" agreement with my ex... then I realized that after a point if I brought something new home I just said "this thing? I've had it for years" :) No explanation needed!

I’ve got something very similar set up in excel but I also have a column for where I got it.
When I sell or trade one, I cut and paste it down below.
