    If you have the patience and interest the 57 minute video shows how a native american horn bow is made. The thing I am not clear on was the origin of the rope, bow string, and other string. I think the wrapping came from a rattle snake skin. It starts with him making a fire with native bow drill. He makes his tools on site from stone and wood. There is not single a word spoken so you have to pay attention and be sharp. I missed a little due getting to distracted and really need to watch it again.
    For the final product remember indian bows were shorter and arrow only was drawn to the torso. Typical draw length was about 22 inches. It was not aligned with with the eye and was fired using the body to aim.
