If not, then you could for sure go the other way around and chamber a 7.5 in a Tok pistol. I wonder what the pressure difference would be? Cant be that much. Put it in a $300 CZ52 with roller locks and a steel frame and it should be fine. Is the parent cartridge case a 9mm?

No.
It is very similar to 10mm - that is why they share the same magazine.
It is a proprietary case. It is unique to them.
The PSD was worth it to us because we got the unique 7.5 FK BRNO caliber chamber plus a 9mm chamber and we will get the 10mm which also shoots 40 S&W.
