So since we all know that the Stainless Steel One Piece Scalpel is the One Blade if Y'all could only have one Blade, even if it's a bit less sharp than Obsidian!

    About that other Blade?

    Since I've GROWN-UP with a KA-BAR in hand, perhaps I've got a predilection to KA-BAR.

    Yet I can't find a reason why I shouldn't take a KA-BAR into Battle or Afield,

To take a typing lesson from the 50's into today:

Now is the time for all good men (That Carry A KA-BAR) to come to the aid of the party.

So perhaps it's time to extoll the KA-BAR EXTREME in D2 Steel?

Advantages and Distractors? Awaiting Y'all's Input.

Maybe you carried one because it was issued to you ??
I was Issued many Knives, each was designed for a purpose. All of which were probably the most cost effective for the purpose they where issued for. Yet if they performed the Best at the lowest cost for the purpose they where intended, are they POOR Choices?

In the Pistol World I was Issued S&W Model 10 (Victory Revolvers) & M1A1911's, just because they where issue items does that make them ineffective?

it looks good....but I prefer no serrations. Mine is sharp on top too...it just seems to slide between the ribs better and cuts in both directions once inside. It is strapped to the MOLLE upside down on the left side of the shoulder strap on my LBH.
