experianced metal bld trim man needed...

I have a metal building that I need 2 windows and a thru the wall a/c trimmed out.
some folks tell me "z-metal" and other folks say..."z-metal leaks to inside wall" !!!
neither the window or a/c has been roughed it yet... just trying to make sure its done right the first time.
experienced only please contact me. the building is in the elberta / Miflin area.

I thought maybe we might have this craftsman on the forum.....i'm not looking for nothing free, just need someone experienced to install the trim before I install the a/c and windows. the holes will be cut.
