Electronic Ear muffs

Not sure which category to ask this question, so if it belongs in a different category, please move. My question is I am now using peltor tactical sport ear muffs. I am thinking about upgrading to the MSA Sordin Supreme Pro X. Do any of you guys or gals have the MSA's ? and if so what are your thoughts ? Are they worth $295. Or are there some other brands that are just as good for less money ?

I run the Sordins. They are fantastic, but make sure you get the gel cups. I think DSG had them for $260 or $270 a couple weeks ago if you're on their email list.

I used the Howard Leight Impact Sport's for a year or so, but they would give me splitting headaches after wearing them all day. The Sordins get hot, but I can wear them all day comfortably.

Thanks TennJeep, that's how I feel about the peltor tactical sport. After a couple of hours they hurt my ears and give me a headache. I checked DSG and they are $279 right now, looks like a good deal.

I forgot to ask, do the Sordin's effect your cheek weld when shooting AR's ?

They typically don't, but wear plugs underneath them when I'm shooting rifles, just in case they get displaced.
