When I log in to eForms. It says “draft”, then “no current alerts”. It’s been 213 days on the eForm 4. What does the “draft” mean?

If it helps anyone who is wondering about e-file form 4 wait times. I applied on 2-12, was certified on 3-07, and I got my approval on 10-16.
