I have read several posts about problems with Dillon warranty.
I just had my 30 year old Square Deal die after 50,000 plus rounds.
Called thier customer service on a Wednesday and got a return authorization.
Sent the machine frame with few parts attached per Customer service using USPS on the next Friday. $20
They got the machine on the following Monday and sent it back on Tuesday evening with a new frame, and several other new parts I didn't expect. Arrived yesterday, Sunday via FedEx after sitting 3 days in Texas.
It's running great again. Here's a big thumbs up to Dillon

I've used a Square Deal for yrs and haven't had any problems lately. When the frame cracked I just convinced them to send me a new frame and saved the shipping on my end.

I got a Dillon 650 a few years ago, one brand new and one used. They have great, knowledgeable, friendly customer service. They have helped me out several times, and sometimes when it had nothing to do with warranty. Never a bill for their help or parts.
