I have a Mitutyo digital caliper but I really prefer dial calipers. My old Craftsman dial caliper is on its last legs and I'd like to replace it a stainless model. Does anyone make stainless calipers where one revolution of the dial equals 1"? Most seem to be .1".

To my mind that's an odd request, but I found these.
hard to imagine wearing out an older Craftsman Caliper. I have one that I use almost daily for 20 years and haven't been able to wear it out. If you are looking for lower costs RCBS and Hornady both have a pair for around $50-55...about the same price as those Craftsman were IIRC. I don't think I have seen one with anything but 1 revolution per .1 that measured in .001. That is the way the Craftsman I have is set up.
