Try Palmetto State Armory...they had 1 model in 5.56 a few days ago for around $380 plus shipping and then the wait...

Yeah, I bought a PSA 5.56 upper Christmas day for $340. They were sold out 2 hrs later. I can wait though, I know it's coming eventually, along with the BCG, upper receiver, and 10 pack of Pmags I have on backorder at Brownells and Midway.
