We had it done for my spouse’s grandad. They did good work. No issues so far. I can’t remember what the cost was, but I remember thinking a licensed handyman/gen contractor may be able to do it cheaper. We were on a time crunch as he had a sudden decline in mobility and Bath Fitters could get it done quickest.
