Cz52 problem

Recently purchased a near mint cz52. Shoots/cycles flawlessly. However, the hammer randomly fails to lock back in the cocked position. Sometimes it happens after 5 rounds, other times after 2. Weird thing is I can reach up and manually reset the hammer without issue. Anyone else ever encounter this with a cz52??

Just a shot in the dark, maybe a spring issue not pushing the slide back far enough each time?

If it's ejecting the spent round and loading a round from the magazine the slide should be traveling far enough to cock the hammer. A weak recoil spring causes the slide to hit the rear stop with to much force (trigger slap) I don't know if that would cause the problem your having but it might, if so Wolff springs sells replacements.
