Been thinking about buying a .410 for some time. I shoot quail in West Texas with my Silver Pigeon 28 ga. Came across this CZ on an on line auction. Placed one low ball bid and to my surprise , I won it. Pretty nice gun. Has some scratches on the stock. I may refinish myself.
26” Barrels. Would rather have 28”. But what the heck. Fixed chokes. M & IC.

That double headed eagle makes me think maybe CZ outsourced it from Serbia or Russia or Germany or Austria

    Why 28 vs 26 ???
AND - -> to me,a 28ga would be perfect for launching quail and good for pass shooting dove.
Seen a TV show awhile back with a guy using a 28 for close pointed/flushed pheasant.
It seemed to be doing a good job for him. --- SAWMAN

CZ shotguns are made in Turkey by Huglo. I do love my 28ga. It is a quail killing machine and I have used it on pheasant as well. I just enjoy shooting small gauge guns. As far as 28” vs. 26” Well I shot the NSCA circuit for about 15 years. When shooting a flying target, the longer the sight plane the better. And the weight of the barrels tends to help keep the gun swinging. Most pro clay shooters nowadays shoot 32” barrels. Not so good for a field gun though. My 28ga. Has 28” barrels. May sell this and get a Beretta Silver Pigeon in .410
