The flash from the IR cameras is pretty hard to miss , that’s what usually gets my attention.

    Sightmark Wraith

Dove - Day mode about 50 yards
feeder - 86 yards, day mode
feeder - 86 yards NV mode with Ir lum.
rear of plot - 125+ yards NV mode with ir illum

*anything above 4x zoom becomes pixilated, can still line up a shot just a bit fuzzy. Scope needs to be focused at different ranges. The focus ring on the front is easy to turn though, unlike the Photon Xt i had. Kill cam is easy to use, one button push to do Video or Photos. + 7 hour recording time on 64mb micro sd chip.

Love the external battery, just need to mount it level with the side of the rail, 90 deg posit.

For ME this is a perfect balance of cost vs usefulness.

** night photos are alot brighter on the computer or on the scope. Also gotta mow that yard!!

Tried the scope in day mode around dusk, Wow. Very, very bright. This would make a fantastic dusk, dawn hunting scope for deer.
But downside, if looking into the rising sun or setting sun the image gets very bright/hazy. Cupping my hand over the lense corrected this. So some kind of sun shade would fix it.

    No sardines!! Expensine nasty sheet.
Cheapest dog/cat food you can find. Usually the Ol'Roy brand.
Catfish food from a CO-OP. A lttle costly but you do not typically use much. Blood meal if you can find it.
The really stinky stuff. MAKE YOUR OWN. Expierament - -> it's fun. Day old bread from the store. $5.00 for 22-24 loaves of bread. GOOD DEAL.
Got plenty of lures I will sell also. Cheap if used correctly. --- SAWMAN

Throw about a teaspoon full of Menhaden oil in a half full 5gal painters bucket. Stir it around. Let it sit (covered) in the sun for several days.
When needed, talk your wife into opening the lid.

MFK makes some of the best southern coyote killing videos ever made. Hunting them out west was relatively easy compared to the dense cover we have here in the south east. My first time calling in a coyote was here in Florida and all i was doing was doing was practicing howls. What i have learned over time you do not have to be an "expert" caller. I have taken people out who has never used a mouth call and call one in and shoot it. The stand set up is the most important. Many times we have called in coyotes , educated them and never saw them. They learn quick and don't always come back. Coyote hunting is constant moving to new areas and finding out the best stand set up for wind and visibility. The best thing about calling coyotes is you never know what might show up. Bears, hogs, deer, badgers, hawks, crows, cougars (animal version). I have had hawks dive down on me. I had a mule deer circle around me for a good 5 minutes trying to figure out how to help the fawn in distress.

Good going!!! Call em up or ambush? Day, night?
    Called
    Daytime.
Mouth call and a feathery thing I hang on a nearby low tree limb for movement.
It sways in the wind. Sometimes I use a mouse squeaker. Amazing how they can hear the slightest sound from far away.
Rifle of choice is either a Savage 93R17BSEV
or a very similar rifle in 17WMR
