The flash from the IR cameras is pretty hard to miss , that’s what usually gets my attention.

Sightmark Wraith

Dove - Day mode about 50 yards
feeder - 86 yards, day mode
feeder - 86 yards NV mode with Ir lum.
rear of plot - 125+ yards NV mode with ir illum

*anything above 4x zoom becomes pixilated, can still line up a shot just a bit fuzzy. Scope needs to be focused at different ranges. The focus ring on the front is easy to turn though, unlike the Photon Xt i had. Kill cam is easy to use, one button push to do Video or Photos. + 7 hour recording time on 64mb micro sd chip.

Love the external battery, just need to mount it level with the side of the rail, 90 deg posit.

For ME this is a perfect balance of cost vs usefulness.

** night photos are alot brighter on the computer or on the scope. Also gotta mow that yard!!

Tried the scope in day mode around dusk, Wow. Very, very bright. This would make a fantastic dusk, dawn hunting scope for deer.
But downside, if looking into the rising sun or setting sun the image gets very bright/hazy. Cupping my hand over the lense corrected this. So some kind of sun shade would fix it.
