A micron is 1/1000000 of a meter, 1/1000 of a milllimeter. An N-95 captures at least 95% of 0.3 micron particles, which is most of the floating "wet mass". Your article doesn't state that 0.1 micron droplets can transmit covid, only that it is plausible. So I (who also have a science degree, like FrommerStop) also viewed it as scare mongering.

I wear an elastic tube (one of my missus' hair stays) around my lower face over my N-95 to hold down the edges. It may also act as something of a pre-filter.

Note: Regarding the above "Karla" post, Remdesivir is not made in pill form, it comes in liquid in vials and administered IV per the manufacturer's info. Thus the "Karla" post is very suspect to me. The "Karla" post with a few words changed/added is also floating around on Facebook but under the name of a "doctor". I've challenged it there and got the reply "thanks for the info" and nothing else.

Another Facebook post lists several big companies such as Walmart and says there's been no covid infections reported among employees, therefore all stores large and small should be opened fully to the public. A simple web search show one Walmart closed due to employee infections, a Walmart in Ct with 23 infected employees, another Walmart being sued for an employee death...I stopped searching for Walmart and covid at that point. Challenged the Facebook poster and got a "well maybe it's not true" and nothing else.

Backtracked both posts as best I could, and they appeared to be coming from an entity pretending to be NPR or leading one to think it's NPR (but it is not National Public Radio).

Braved the danger and went to Biloxi casino last night. Open at 50% capaticy. No buffet dammit. Won some, lost some, won some, lost. Got home about 7am. Good excuse to get dressed up and take the wife out.
    Do they allow CCW there?

I just went shopping purchased a lot of ground chuck and sirlon and salmon. The salmon has not gone up and I can get it discounted a bit at Winn Dixie.
I have decide to wash the outside of the packages with diluted bleach before putting them in freezer. I guess upon openning the package. Put the meat or fish to cooking and then wash the hands. The heat will hopefully do in the virus.

WATCH: Mob of New Yorkers Shame a Woman for Not Wearing a Mask

    Link to video

A group of shoppers in Staten Island became angry when a woman decided to do her grocery shopping without a mask on. Instead of leaving her be, allowing to go about her day and practicing the group shouted at her, telling her to leave the store.

"F**k you! F**k you! F**k you!" one man yelled.

"Get out of here! Get out of here!" a woman yelled, pointing towards the door.

The man could be heard screaming at the woman. At one point he even said she was "acting like a dirty pig" for not having a mask on

Very good research and it is shame that such is necessary.
Fact is there are people for reasons I do not understand are literally fabricating postings that are meant to sow confusion and fear. Nothing good comes from it.

the "Show Me State" got its nickname because of the devotion of its people to simple common sense. In 1899, Rep. Willard D. Vandiver said, "Frothy eloquence neither convinces nor satisfies me.
