    This happened to me with a CZ52 and thin walled cheap PPU brass. I broke a near new Leatherman multitool on the firing line digging it out. Maybe if you can find a really skinny set of 90 degree hooked pliers to reach up in there? $5.89 at Harbor Frieght. Don't use cheap ammo anymore. Especially that brand. Or it'll just happen again.

    Have used a bore snake in the past.

    Come in from muzzle to receiver, make the snake alittle tighter by adding a cleaning patch or two around the section and liberal amounts of oil in the barrel.

    Good luck they pretty guns..

    Are we talking about a real Colt lightning or one of the clones..???

    If you can get a nylon .45 brush pushed through the breach just past the stuck case then pull back out of the breach it could save you a few dollars and do no harm. The brush will lay down to .357 and create a hook to pull back against

    What about using a tap that would bite into the case without being big enough and pull it out (or tap it out with a brass rod).
