Got ya, wondered why the charts measurements are the same. I agree you need to know the material type and heat treat (read a little on spring weight - some required length and number of coils). Most of my springs are Sprinco, they are color-coded on the end. I had several loose Wolf springs I matched with the chart. I know I had bought 18, 22 and 24's and they matched the chart - now I got them tagged.I'm totally familiar with springs. Inspector for many years.

First is ConventionaL
Second is ConventionAL
It's just the spelling of the word text wrapped bad.
I was an inspector...and I think you'll also need to know the material type and heat treat.
