I had mentioned the Magpul BEV block but had only used it to install a barrel, not a castle nut. This week I can confirm it works to install castle nuts as well. I use a cheap clamp-on vice and it still held well enough for the 40 ft/lbs of torque. Would be even better if you had a mounted vice.
