    I call BS. That was either a blank or a rubber bullet. There's not even a mark on the outer layer of fabric or a bulge where the kevlar or whatever it is trapped the projectile, which he claims is a 124 grain +P. And in the first take he has a bright muzzle flash, but in the second take of supposedly the same shot but in slow motion, there is no muzzle flash shown. Watch the video that pops up after this one, and the hoodie takes some damage, bulges and stops projectiles

    I had an ER guy watch the video and tell me that no way that color of bruise happened that fast. It was a preexisting bruise
