Looking for ideas on what chassis to use for my BRN-22 Takedown Charger Build.
    I see Crazy Ivan , Midwest , SB/Adaptive Tactical , PMACA , Engineered Silence.
I definitely like the chassis with removable buffer tube & handgrips better. I’m not against it if the buffer tube or handgrip doesn’t come off if it feels good. Anyone around the Pensacola area have any of these chassis’s that can chime in & maybe let me see & feel how it sits? TIA JR

Go with a chassis that has a folding brace. Very small package folded and barrel off.

Yeah. I'd they make one with a 1913 rail adapter I'd go that route. That way whatever brace/stock u choose can be shared with other guns. When paired with a flippable SIG hinge they're sweet. That way they can flip and fold on either side. Also slide up n down on the rail vertically in an adjustable fashion so u can adjust cheek weld heights for various optics, also to be able to clear charging/ejector areas of various guns. They pair well with a tailhook brace too.

Nice. Makes me wonder if there's a way to make use of a Sylvan folding adapter. If so I have a latest gen one I'll pitch in for cheap. Not sure tho if you've seen any of the new cheek shooting pistol videos on YouTube. But since there's little to no recoil with that rascal. I bet you could build it with that in mind. Maybe slide the optic more forward and go stockless maybe. If anything it's a neat way to shoot to keep in the skillset for close quarters and if they ban braces. I been on a little PDW kick lately and find them pretty neat. May have to build myself a 22 version that's small like that for cheap practice

I did this with a laminated Ruger 10-22 stock. It's for 3" & 4" bbl Charger pistols. I have quite a collection of short barrels for my two Chargers. I have also SBRed them. They live many lives. I also have a pirate pistol stock also. Please excuse the cat hair, lol.

I really want the pirate pistol stock! Those are amazing!
This is mine, nothing fancy. I would like a metal end cap for it though. Unfortunately, I'm not the handy man type to make something like that. Again, cat hair on the stock. Cat hair everywhere, lol. That grip tape works real well for keeping a good grip on the gun.

Here she is in her SBR clothes. Registered and fully legal. So is the suppressor that goes on it. Lots of $$$ sitting there in the safe. Butler Creek folding stock. They don't make those any more. Same with the short TS barrel, don't see those around anymore either. All in all, it was a cool project. Great conversation piece at the range. "Is that legal?". I hear that all the time. Yes it is, lol, and a lot of fun to shoot. You gotta be willing to do some chopping though on those stocks. As they used to say at the bank where I started out as a young man, "it's only money", lol. PS: I love those Ultra Dots in Burris rings.

Yep, those stocks are nice and solid, my Bride's mini 14 has one. About +$200 if you can find one. Very cool build, what optic is that and what's the eye relief? Thought about doing something similar with my cp33.

Do they make a “Complete” 1022 receiver with 16” barrel that I can then just look for a chassis to put it in ? I see some online but they all require some type of tinkering or build.

$269 @ Academy. Just change out the stock for what you want. Brownells used to sell a receiver & barrel combo.

It's an Ultra Dot red dot scope. For my purposes the red dot is perfect. Ultra Dots run around $200.00, but they are made in Japan and are good, lifetime guarantee scopes, not cheap china crap.
