9 page decision. The alphabet boys will appeal.

    BATFEEEEEE Boiz will always appeal?

    Why?

Because it costs them NOTHING to do so, while also allowing them and their DOJ lawyer friends the opportunity to logged thousands of hours of time while doing this very easy, safe work of infringing on Law abiding citizens (all in the name of PUBLIC SAFETY for their leftist friends); instead of doing actual hard / dangerous work of investigating gun smugglers, cartels, and such. That might get them HURT!!!

ATF has a federal court date soon regarding stripping the ATF of their "right" to regulate. This is regarding stripping their implied right to regulate in cases like the bump stock, frames and receivers rule, brace ban, private party sales, etc..so hopefully they get the slapdown in federal court

SSSoooooo, If I remember right, either get a tax thing for your "Newley defined SBR" or, remove the brace and remove/alter/dispose/destroy? Okay? So whos going to reimburse all these folks that destroyed their personal property so they wouldn't be classified as a felon and go to jail?

    Copied from the AFT site...

there compliance options provided under the final rule are the following:

    • Remove the short barrel and attach a 16-inch or longer rifled barrel to the firearm,
    • Permanently remove and dispose of, or alter, the “stabilizing brace” such that it cannot be
    • reattached,
    • Turn the firearm into your local ATF office,
    • Destroy the firearm,
The option to register the firearm tax-free pursuant to ATF Final Rule 2021R-08F is scheduled to be discontinued in the eForms System effective May 31, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. (ET).
