Prying an AK from a collector at under current market is a tall order. The good thing is $700 can still get ya a PSA maybe a wasr if you can find one. Bad news is not many owners willing to let them go at less than a premium with future availability in question. You’ll find one. In the mean time keep adding to that $700 and when you do find a nice one you’ll be ready to pounce.

I'd definitely wait for PSAs to come back in stock. Theyre restocked regularly, usually between 2 and 4 on weekdays. For $700, theyre gonna be a lot better than most of the stuff that cost $700 a year or two ago. And they've got a lifetime guarantee.

    Mule1208: For you, $500.

    Beautiful, bright shiny excellent bore
    Nice looking wood
Threaded bbl and bayonet lug in place
    Flawless functioning

Complete with 2 flaws: 1) When made and the parkerized finish was painted black, the safety was in the fire position. Thus when on safe you can see the sliver of non painted parkerized finish. See photo. Didn't bother me, as it is hidden when in the fire position. 2) It has some "trigger slap". If finger not firm on trigger when pulled, you can feel some "slap" when fired. Bothers some people; others ignore it. You should test fire before buying.

Daezee is a good reputable knowledgeable straight forward guy who would not steer you wrong. If I were offered a gun from him you can guarantee it has been gone over well and he could tell you everything good or bad bout it. Buy with confidence.
