The difference between Executive Action and Executive Order is not understood by most. This is known and used by the Left to fear monger. I understand it and I'm still worried. I dont think Biden understands putting one foot in front of the other, much less "actions" versus "orders". We need to remind the Left that the puppet named Hitler was elected, too.
